My Path in Dietetics
Elevating Eating Disorder Care—With Heart and Expertise

Every person’s recovery journey is unique—my goal is to offer expert support with empathy, safety and hope at every stage
I am an experienced eating disorders dietitian with over fourteen years of clinical practice, including more than eleven years specialising in adolescent and mental health dietetics. My work has equipped me with advanced clinical expertise in providing evidence-based nutrition assessment, planning, and therapy for individuals facing a range of eating disorders—including anorexia nervosa, atypical anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder.
My practice spans inpatient, outpatient and community settings, where I integrate trauma-informed care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and client-centred approaches to optimise recovery outcomes. I have extensive experience managing complex cases involving medical instability and significant mental health comorbidities, adeptly balancing nutritional rehabilitation with psychological and safety considerations.
A commitment to high-quality care drives me to pursue ongoing professional development and clinical supervision. I am passionate about supporting emerging clinicians through mentorship, education and leadership within multidisciplinary teams. My dedication to advancing standards in eating disorder care is also reflected in my contributions to clinical guideline development, quality improvement initiatives, and resources tailored for adolescent populations.
