Evidence-based eating disorder support

Supporting young people and their families

We understand that eating disorders are complex and can feel overwhelming for both young people and those supporting them. Our role is to provide clear, practical nutrition support that helps restore nourishment, reduce stress around eating, and support recovery.

We offer support for young people experiencing eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, atypical anorexia, bulimia nervosa, and ARFID.

We work collaboratively with families, carers, and the broader care team, including psychology, ensuring our nutrition support is FBT-informed and aligned with the young person’s overall care.
