Compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan

Mental Health Nutrition

Nutrition support for individuals living with mental health conditions, alongside their families, carers and support teams.

Nutrition support across the lifespan

Food, mood and mental health

We begin with a comprehensive understanding of each person’s experiences, including eating patterns, mental health, medications, and daily life. From there, we work together to develop practical, personalised strategies that support nourishment, symptom management, and overall wellbeing.

We recognise the strong connection between food and mood, and provide tailored support across a range of mental health presentations, including anxiety, depression, psychosis, and schizophrenia. We also support the nutritional impact of medications, including changes in appetite, weight, and metabolic health.

Support is shaped around the person, their goals and the people around them.
