Egg & spinach breakfast wrap

Choline, iron and folate in a handheld breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 wholemeal wrap
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Cracked pepper

Method

  1. Scramble the eggs gently in the oil.
  2. Add the spinach at the end until just wilted.
  3. Fill the wrap with the egg, cheese if using, and pepper. Roll and serve.

Tip: Two eggs give roughly two-thirds of a day's choline, important in pregnancy.

  • Folate: 120 µg
